Our upstream provider SG.GS in Singapore will be performing a planned maintenance on 14 March 2026, with the following details:

• Start: 14 March 2026, 00:01 SGT (GMT+8)
• End: 14 March 2026, 03:00 SGT (GMT+8)
• Reason: JunOS upgrade

This is similar to the maintenance we had on 28 Feburary 2026. There were no network downtime during the previous maintenance, and we expect the same for this one.

Impact details:

• Customers using our Cloud VM and Object Storage services may experience a brief interuption while traffic is rerouted to another upstream.
• Customers using BGP/BYOIP and announcing routes only via SG.GS will experience a service interruption until the maintenance is completed.
