We're aware that the New York network is currently down, which is completely unexpected. The issue has been escalated to our upstream provider for urgent investigation.

Our network upstream provider in New York will be performing planned maintenance on 27 February 2026, with the details below:

• What: Uplink optic replacement
• When: Friday, 27 February 2026 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time (UTC-5)
• Maintenance Window: 3 hours
• Impact: Optics will be replaced at both the A and Z ends of the GSL uplinks. During this time, traffic will be shifted to Unitas while the work is carried out. There will be two brief periods of routing reconvergence - first when traffic is drained from GSL, and again when GSL is reintroduced and routes shift back. No downtime is expected aside from the brief routing reconvergence events.
