All Singapore VMs are now back online. Some EPYC Turin VMs have been temporarily migrated to EPYC Milan nodes due to a potential issue with one of the Turin hosts. We have isolated the affected host to maintain cluster stability.

We are continuing to monitor the health of the cluster and will follow up with impacted customers via email with further details regarding the incident and SLA compensation.

The cluster is now healthy again, and we are performing the final checks, which should be completed within 30 minutes or less. VMs are restarting one by one, so some may take a little longer to come back online.

All data is safe.
